To guarantee that our product meets both our own quality control standards as well as those of our customers each individual piece is trial assembled before being flat-packed into boxes. We only use high quality carton boxes (5 layers) to provide maximum protection during shipping, every packing case is carefully scaled to fit the individual product thereby ensuring optimum protection and utilization of space in the shipping container By offering only the highest standard of quality and professionalism we aim to build a solid foundation upon which to develop our business partnerships.

Our dedicated quality controllers ensure the continuing high standard of our products. The drying process of the wood is meticulously controlled. During this process - both temperature and humidity are adjusted in accordance to the type and quantity of wood. By using high quality adhesives and the correct moisture percentage we ensure the best possible binding force. When assembling our furniture only heavy duty galvanized hardware is used.

Through our environmental program, we seek to address our customers concerns regarding the environment and the global loss of tropical rainforests. In close cooperation with our timber suppliers, we are actively involved in reforestation programs for regenerating forests in wasteland areas with the hope of recreating an ecological balance. VNFurniture believes that it is only by supporting a commercially responsible timber trade that the world's forests can be protected.

By placing an economic value on our forests, continuous replanting can be ensured and the clearing of forests or plantations for agricultural or industrial purposes can be avoided. It is our policy to only acquire timber from responsible sources, and that all timber used in the production of our furniture, comes only from sustainable forests or plantations. Therefore, our criteria demands that our suppliers are members of the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)1 or other approved international tropical timber operations. This is our guarantee that our wood comes from well-managed and sustainable forests
